What Can I Expect from DRT Online Surveys?
What do I need to do to start receiving free paid online surveys?
Simply fill the signup form from our website and submit it. Confirm your account by clicking on the confirmation email sent to your provided address and you are good to go.
When should I expect to receive my first paid survey?
You can always fill out your first survey right after you have confirmed your account through email. However, depending on the organization needs, you might have to wait for a week or so and until your profile is being scrutinized properly.
What exactly will DRT Consumer Panel send me?
You will be getting invitation emails to fill out the surveys.
About Your Money
How much money will I earn for completing a given paid survey?
The pay depends on the intensity and length of the survey. Also, it does vary according to the requirements of the company. However, it ranges from $0.5 to $6 per survey.
How will I get paid and by whom?
DRT SolutionZ and Cint will send you payment on your panel account.
How to Make A Payout?
To make a payout, choose a payment method. Once you are logged in your account follow the steps.
- Go to “My Earned Points”
- Click on the “Change your choice of payment”.
- Choose a method
- Click on the update option.
I have not been active for a while and now there is no points (money) in my panel account. Why?
You must be active in order to avail all the points, because according to the policy the points become inactive if the user is inactive for a certain time. However, you can always reactive your balance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
But if you have been inactive for a longer time then your account must have been deleted from the panel.
What if I want to cancel/unsubscribe?
You can always step out of it. The moment you complete the procedure after logging in your account, we will stop sending you any further emails.
- Go to “Unsubscribe”.
- Check the box “Do you really want to unsubscribe”.
- Click “Unsubscribe” and then “OK”.
How to Make A Payout to PayPal?
Create a PayPal account on https://www.paypal.com if you are not already a user. Make sure your PayPal and DRT SolutionZ account have the same email address. However, if you already have an account on PayPal you can add the email address you are receiving surveys to your PayPal account. Follow the simple steps for money transfer.
- Login to your DRT SolutionZ account.
- Go to “My Earned Points”.
- Click on the “Update” button to transfer your money to you PayPal.
- Login to your PayPal account to accept the transfer.
“Payment solution is not available for the moment, please try again later.”
When your PayPal is trying to connect to your DRT SolutionZ account this message appears on your screen. Your transfer will fail for the moment. Please wait a couple of days before attempting to transfer money again. Your connection will resume and will allow the transfer to occur.
How many surveys should I expect to receive per month?
The number may vary according to your profile and according to the client’s need. However, on an average the number varies from 1-7 times a month.
How much do I have to pay for this service?
Through the DRT Consumer Survey Panel, the service provided is completely free. You do not have to pay a single penny for it.
I want to receive more surveys and earn more money.
The stronger you make your profile; the better chances are for you to earn. When you register, we also ask you how actively you would participate, our aim is to meet your wish with our client’s needs.
Can I invite my friends to join?
Yes of course, you can always bring more people to the panel.
How Rewards will be Paid?
There are number of options you get paid for your contribution like PayPal, Amazon Certificates, GCodes, Careem rides and much more. Your login information has the information about your available options.
How to Change Your Email Address?
You can change your email by sending an email to email@example.com . Make sure you mention your current email (to be changed) and the new one you want to update along with your postcode and year of birth.
How to Recover Your Username/Password?
In case you have forgotten your email address or username, follow these simple steps to recover.
Choose your country.
Go to “Forgot Password?".
Enter your current email address.
Click on the option "Reset Password”.

If you receive a message that you are using an invalid email address, go to your browser settings and click on the accept cookies including third party option.
I have tried to log in to my panel account, but I fail. Why can't I log in?
This occurs because the username or password is invalid or wrong. To remove this error, make sure that there is no typo when you type, Caps Lock is turned off, the keyboard is set on the right language and that you have entered the right email address. If the issue is still not resolved, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

When I click on the survey link, it says that the survey is closed/ or that my quota is full, why?
It pops up on your screen because of the following reasons: the survey has been completed, or it has completed its duration of 2-7 days. The number of answers required are obtained or at times, some surveys automatically close because of user inactivity.
Quota simply mean the required amount of surveys is fulfilled and no more surveys are required.
Why Do I Get Moved from One Survey to Another?
Surveys you get are according to the information you have provided in your profile. However, at times, when the survey is full or screened out, it automatically diverts you the other survey instead of terminating you from the surveys.
I Get an Error on The Survey
An error occurs for the following reasons
If you have not enabled the cookie.
When a survey is left open for more than the standard time.
Please avoid both the situations to be saved from any error.
Why Do I Not Get Any Surveys?
Surveys are sent automatically when your profile matches the requirements of the survey. We recommend that you fill in your profile with as much information as possible. That way it will be easier to match your profile to surveys which suit you.
Why Do I Get Asked the Same Questions Twice?
We always want the right survey for you. That is why there may be times when you are asked the same question multiple times. So, don’t worry if you get asked same question again and again, it is just to make your experience better and more accurate.
What Does screen out means?
When you are not the targeted person to fill out the survey, you get screened out. It does occur in the initial questions without wasting any further time of yours. If you still continue to fill the Surveys which are “screened out” you will not be getting any incentive or points.
Why is there a negative on my account?
Negative survey means that the survey filled Is not appropriate or it has bad or false information by you. We will not tell you which questions were marked inappropriate. However, these are some ways through which a survey is defined inappropriate.
Each survey has a standard time to complete. If you do not meet the time limit your survey will not be counted as one. Which means you may not receive any incentives or maybe terminated from the panel.
Inconsistent or Inaccurate Answers
If your answers are inconsistent and not accurate, we catch the changes. This will lead to no incentive or no reward and may also cause termination from the panel.
Red Herring questions
Clients at times, ask the same questions differently to see if you answer truthfully or no. and if your answers do not match other similar questions the survey becomes unacceptable. This will lead to no incentive or no reward and may also cause termination from the panel.
Open End Questions
Open end questions are the ones where you are expected to write descriptive answers other than choosing the answer from the options. So, if the language used is inappropriate, bad, or abusive, your survey will not be considered. Again, this will lead to no incentive or no reward and may also cause termination from the panel.
Should I send my password and/or username to DRT Consumer Panel when something is wrong?
No. Not at all. Your login details should only stay with you and nobody should have access to your account. We have other systems to find you and to contact you.
